Women In the American Military updated Tue Oct 14 2008 4:15 pm CDT posted on October 14, 2008 03:15:36 pm American women are volunteering to serve in the military in large numbers. They can be found in most military specialties, have fought in combat, and have received medals for heroism in combat.
This lens honors those women. The do the same work as men, they take the same risks and they do their job well.
